FRC Safety 2015 Returns and Exchange Policy 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your FR Workwear purchase. 

Our customers have 30 day's to Return an item upon delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason return them for a refund
*, less shipping charges.

*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. We do not refund the cost shipping only the purchase price of the item.

Embroidered, Hemmed, or Altered items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. Returned items must not be washed or worn unless defective.

Products returned for reasons other than defects are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.


Refunds*
Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list. We will refund your purchase, less shipping charges. NO restock fees. Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment. Return Authorization Needed - CLICK HERE TO RECEIVE RA #

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. Customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Exchanges*
Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense, please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list. Tell us what you want it replaced with. Return Authorization Needed - CLICK HERE TO RECEIVE RA # We will then ship your exchange to you free of shipping charge.

*The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return, exchange, and reorder.

We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by FRC Safety will NOT receive credit for the return.


Defects in Workmanship
Defect in workmanship must be presented to us by phone 877-855-2699, fax 903-693-2457, or E-Mail Customer Service within 30 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)


Shortages or Incorrect Orders
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by phone 877-855-2699, fax 903-693-2457,, or E-Mail Customer Service, within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)


Order Cancellations
Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled, changed, or stopped. Call us immediately at 877-855-2699 and we will try and assist you. All cancellations require confirmation by our customer service department at 877-855-2699. 
We may not be able to cancel or modify your order, in some cases we have only minutes after your order is received before we submit your order to one of our five processing centers. Once the order pull ticket is printed, we have no way to stop it. Our apologies. All our products are returnable and customers should follow our normal return policy shown above.

Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Embroidery orders which have already been embroidered but not shipped cannot be canceled, changed, or returned. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers should follow our return policy shown above.

Shipping

Wrangler: Wrangler takes 2-5 days to process your order. Once it is processed, it takes 5-7 days to reach you. We can not guarantee 2 day shipping.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all internet orders of $88 or more, except Alaska & Hawaii and Canada.

Processing time varies, it will normally take 24 to 72 hours to process your order. Excluding weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee same day shipping.

Shipping costs are based on weight of the order and how far your location is from our warehouse in Baton Rouge, LA.

All Orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS Standard Ground unless requested, we can ship via USPS but free shipping will not apply, 3-Day Select, or 2nd Day Air to the United States only.

Weekend or holiday delivery is not available.

We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by Fed Ex, weather or other issues out of our control.

UPS Ground: Orders that ship UPS ground normally take 2-7 days for delivery depending on how far your location is from one of our warehouse.

3 Day Select: Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships, it will ship UPS 3 Day and arrive in three business days. Excluding weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee same day shipping.

2nd Day Air: Selecting 2nd Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order 2 days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships. It will take 2 days.

Next Day Air: By selecting Next Day Air, we can guarantee your order will arrive next business day IF you place your order no later than 10 AM Eastern Daylight Time. This may not apply to weekends.

Back Order: We will first contact the customer to provide you with feedback and options. Some times we may have an item on back order. No additional shipping will be charged on back orders. You pay only the original shipping charge. All backorders not shipped with the original order will be shipped at our expense.

Outside the USA: We do NOT accept orders for shipment outside the USA. Shipments to Canada can be made at the customer's expense.

Custom Embroidery Orders: Embroidery orders require 7 to 10 additional days before shipping.
